Chandler was last seen in Fort Worth, Texas on September 30, 1990. Her vehicle was found abandoned in Lubbock, Texas sometime afterwards. Chandler has never been heard from again. Her boyfriend told authorities that she entered a pickup truck with several unidentified Black men prior to her disappearance. Chandler’s family members said that it is uncharacteristic of her to leave with unfamiliar people. She has a history of drug use and frequently socialized with motorcyclists in 1990.
