Couture was last seen in Rosenberg, Texas on March 1, 2007. She is originally from Minnesota. She and another Minnesota woman were living with two men in Fort Bend County in 2007. The other woman returned to Minnesota, but Couture vanished without a trace. Her disappearance was not reported to authorities until 2012. In the summer of 2012, investigators searched a rural property along the Brazos River, north of Rosenberg, Texas, for Couture’s body. They stated they have two male persons of interest in her presumed death; one of them is deceased and the other is incarcerated on unrelated charges. The search turned up no evidence, however, and little information is available in Couture’s case. Her disappearance remains unsolved.
