Horn was last seen in Cleveland, Oklahoma on July 22, 2014. He was with an acquaintance, John David Lee II, who stated he dropped Horn off near the intersection of Airport Road and U.S. Highway 64 at 1:30 a.m. He has never been heard from again. Lee is considered a person of interest in Horn’s disappearance. Curiously, he is also a person of interest in another Oklahoma missing persons case, the 2017 disappearance of Kathy Hemphill from Tulsa. He was seen driving Hemphill’s car in February 2018, five months after she was last seen, and a few days before he was arrested on unrelated auto theft charges.
