Fout was last seen in the Hilltop area on the west side of Columbus, Ohio on February 6, 2019. He has never been heard from again. He had no cellular phone, debit card or vehicle at the time of his disappearance, and didn’t have a stable living situation, but he did keep in regular contact with his family. At 11:00 p.m., Fout called his mother in Hilliard, Ohio and asked for a ride, but she was unable to come and get him. This is the the last time anyone heard from him. His family became concerned after he didn’t come pick up his Social Security disability check as he usually did on the second Wednesday of each month. On February 19, they reported him missing. The circumstances of Fout’s disappearance are unclear, but his family believes he came to harm.
