Dougall was last seen in Roseville, Minnesota on September 22, 2023. After spending a few days in the Burnett County, Wisconsin area, she was dropped off at the Norwood Inn in Roseville. She has never been heard from again. Dougall’s last known address was in the 1900 block of James Avenue South in Minneapolis. She stayed at Belmont Apartments in the 1000 block of Frankin Avenue West in Minneapolis at the time of her disappearance, but frequented Anoka County, Minnesota and other parts of the Minnneapolis-St. Paul metro area.
