Fennell was last seen leaving his home in the 1300 block Marigny Street in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 29, 2020. His roommate stated he’d been behaving strangely and left without his cellular phone, a shirt or shoes. He may have shaved half his head just before his disappearance. He has never been heard from again. Fennell has a history of drug use, but according to his sister he’d been starting to get his life on track prior to his disappearance.
