Duncan was last seen at approximately 5:15 p.m. on October 5, 1994, driving away from South Mountain Park in Phoenix, Arizona. He has never been heard from again. His black 1975 Ford 300 series pickup truck was found abandoned on the Gila River Indian Reservation on October 16. A photo of the truck is posted with this case summary. There was no sign of Duncan at the scene. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance, which remains unsolved.
